Processing, Shipping, Delivery & RETURN

Our Processing time for PRE ORDER braided wigs is 15 – 40 business days (not including weekends and holidays) We work very hard to get most orders out orders on time if your order is being delayed for reasons beyond our control you will be notified by email, but turn around time is 20 business days.

Our DELIVERY time for READY TO SHIP WIGS TAKES 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS

As our wigs are custom handmade with the number of orders we receive the time is needed to make quality wigs. However,
During Peak season(SALES, HOLIDAYS!! it may take up to 30-50 Business days to process your order.
 After processing you will receive your tracking number and your package will be sent out for shipment.
All orders placed after 6:30 pm Eastern Standard are considered placed the next business day. Please keep in mind Your wig is a custom order and is not mass produced, it is carefully handcrafted. 

 Processing times For Virgins Wigs is 3- 15 business days.

Shipping takes 3-5 business days in the mail after processing time.

We don’t ship or process orders on weekends/holidays.
A tracking number will be sent in another email AFTER your order is processed.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRACKING YOUR PACKAGES.

ALL ITEMS SHIP VIA USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE), DHL EXPRESS AND FEDEX WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY ATTEMPTS TO SHIP WITH ANY OTHER SHIPPING CARRIERS NOT LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE. FEDEX & DHL SHIPMENT COMES WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AND YOU MUST SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE.
WE ONLY SHIP YOUR ITEM ONCE THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN CLEARED BY PAYPAL AND CONFIRMED BILLING ADDRESS WHEN PAYING BY CREDIT CARD.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship via DHL. It takes 3-10 business days for delivery depending on the shipping method you choose. If your country is listed on the drop down menu on the checkout page then we ship to your country if your country is not listed then we don’t ship to your country.

We do not cover any custom fees or duties in the processing of receiving your wigs.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS 

If you mistakenly put a incorrect shipping address, kindly email within the processing time withing 1-2weeks, if express processing/shipping paid kindly email delightwigs@gmail.com within 3 business days.

If the order is been shipped out and no contact for correction address we shall take NO RESPONSIBILITY AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED/GRANTED.

If you enter the incorrect mailing address, you need to pay an additional $10 to cover processing expenses before your order is shipped out.
Any order returned due to the customer adding the incorrect address will not be refunded or mailed back out without the customer paying the additional shipping and handling costs.

 

INCORRECT ORDER/PACKAGE 

 If you receive an item that is incorrect, email (delightbraidedwigs@gmail.com/ delightwigs@gmail.com)  us photos of the unworn items within 24 hours of receipt. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you next steps on how to return your items and begin the exchange process


* Returns must be requested within 2 business days of receipt


*All approved returns and order cancellations are subject to a 20% or $40 (whichever is greater) restocking fee that is non-waivable and non-negotiable.

 DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS


* Damaged must be communicated to a customer services Representative at delightwigs@gmail.com within 48 hrs of receipt with proof of pictures. 

 

MISSING PACKAGES IF YOU PAID FOR SHIPPING INSURANCE.

 *  MISSING PACKAGES SHOULD BE COMMUNICATED TO US AT DELIGHTIWIGS@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS after the scheduled delivery date for domestic shipments & International shipments.

This ensures us to file a claim with the shipping insurance to get your money back from them.

Missing products/wigs that are not emailed/ reported to delightwigs@gmail.com or route shipping insurance within the appropriate time given will not be covered by us or the shipping insurance  (due to the shipping isurance policy:  Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier, where the status is “not delivered” must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date for domestic shipments (and 20 days for international shipments), but not later than 30 days from the date the shipment was originally scheduled to be delivered).

and the customer will bear the loss of the package missing or file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Claim Filing Requirements Claims Reporting Time Frame(s) It is understood and agreed that the following timelines for claims transmittal must be adhered to in order for a claims to be processed: • Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier, where the status is “not delivered” must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date for domestic shipments (and 20 days for international shipments), but not later than 30 days from the date the shipment was originally scheduled to be delivered. • All other claims for loss or damage should be filed as soon as discovered but in no event later than 60 days from the purchase date. • Claims for packages marked by the carrier as “delivered” not received by the customer must be filed within 5 days from the date and time shown by carrier as delivered. Underwriters reserve the right to require proof of either a copy of a police report showing report of theft or security video recording showing evidence of theft.

PACKAGES NOT INSURED ARE CUSTOMERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LOSS.

 Note

 NO return authorization credits or exchange will be issued for any braided wig, wigs or that the lace has been cut Relabeled.


* All orders MUST be returned with the gifts included UNOPENED AND UNUSED.


* NO return authorizations credits or exchange will be used for any lashes skincare, haircare and cosmetics products.
