What’s your return policy?

Return & Exchange Information

FOR WIGS

We are committed to customers satisfaction!
But Due to the nature of the wigs and the time taken to manufacture the braided wigs we sell and health reasons, there is no exchange, return or refund permitted. 
No refunds. No exchanges.
It is against federal law to re-sell used hair, so we cannot accept any hair /braided wigs/ wigs/ handmade /haircare products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or altered in any way.
If you receive an item that is INCORRECT, DAMAGED email us photos of the unworn items within 24 hours of receipt. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you next steps on how to return your items and begin the exchange process.

SHIPPING FEE ( DHL EXPRESS)  IS NOT REFFUNDABLE.

CUSTOMER PAYS FOR RETURNING FEES.

Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will be granted a refund – and any packages sent back will not be returned to the sender.
All samples are nonrefundable.
1. If the wig is defective upon receipt, please contact us for the return address, a return is accepted within 3 days after the buyer receives their order.
2. If it is a quality issue or we ship the wrong wig, Customer pays the return shipping fee item will be replaced after inspection of the wig and store credit issued.

3. After receiving the returned wigs if it qualifies for an exchange, we will make a replacement depends on our available stock, if not available, a refund will be issued.

4, Approved returned items come back to the distribution centre, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we’ve received your return.
5. If an item is damaged by the buyer, we will not accept any exchange or refund.
All wigs are thoroughly inspected and pictures were taken before leaving our Warehouse, and double checked before sent to you in order to ensure consistency and quality.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges unless we send wrong order or item is defective. it must be in the original state when received. Please contact us via email at delightbraidedwigs@gmail.com with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hrs of placing your order. Cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please keep in mind a $60 Cancellation/ 40%Restocking fee will apply. 

ALL ITEM ON SALES ARE FINAL!!! NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE

For grocery, skincare or perishable products, we DO NOT offer any RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
We take returns and chargebacks very seriously. If you attempt to defraud our company, expect criminal charges and a civil suit to follow. Out of the thousands of orders we’ve shipped, we have never lost a dispute.
All approved returns and order cancellations are subject to a 40% or $60 (whichever is greater) restocking fee that is non-waivable and non-negotiable.
We do not accept ANY refunds on samples, custom wigs (this includes extra density and units with bleached knots or custom colors), custom orders (this includes our 40” bundles), or any of our services or memberships. All of these purchases are final and non-refundable.
When shipping back your item please include your order number and the details of the exchange.
We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues. Your exchange can be sent to:

Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. In order to receive credit for your exchange (minus the 40%/$100 restocking fee) the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it – TOTALLY UNUSED – NO EXCEPTIONS.
